King’s Swim Club
What– The King’s Swim Club is a competitive swim club which recently opened in 2009. It is run in conjunction with the King’s Swim School.
Who - The Swim Club is predominantly a technique based club. Members are selected from the King’s Swim School and they also welcome talented swimmers from outside the Swim School. An assessment of swimmers will determine an appropriate squad.
When– Sessions are held Monday through to Saturday with both early morning and afternoon sessions. Club night is held once a month on a Friday evening
Where – King’s School, 258 Remuera Road, Remuera. Access to the Aquadome can also be made via Gate 5 on Portland Road.

Parnell Swimming Club
What - This is the second oldest swimming club in NZ and has been in existence for nearly 100 years. Originally this swimming club used the Parnell Baths in Tamaki Drive, but they are now based at the Sacred Heart College Aquatic Centre. This club has produced many of New Zealand’s top performing swimmers right through the age groups.
Who - Juniors just beginning competitive swimming as well as seniors competing at national levels. They also coach athletes involved in triathlons, surf life saving, water polo and other water sports.
When - After school week days and on weekends - times will depend on the training squad your child is in.

United Swimming Club
What – In June 2008 Metro Swim Club (Metro) and Total Aquatic Sport (TAS) amalgamated to form United Swimming Club, which is affiliated to the Auckland Swimming Association (ASA). United provides a broad spectrum of swimming training services from novice, fitness and recreational swimmers through to competitive swimmers, led by professional head coach Jon Winter. The United Swimming Club also runs a Learn to Swim programme which is held at St Kentigern School over the summer months and year round at St Cuthbert’s College.
Who – They currently have 85 members ranging in age from 6 years old to adults
When – Times vary depending on the squad your child is swimming in.
Where – Squads train at the Newmarket Olympic Pools, Mt Albert Aquatic Centre (MAAC) and at St Cuthbert’s College in Epsom.
